At present, the transmission medium used to transmit image signals in monitoring system mainly has three kinds of media: coaxial cable, twisted pairs and optical fiber. The three transmission media are different, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Compared with coaxial cable, optical fiber has obvious advantages.
